About Us

Behind the kennel “The World Is Not Enough” are my husband Ralf and I – Meli.
Together with our short-haired Dachshunds, we live in the beautiful Hunsrück region.

And yes – everything in our lives pretty much revolves around these little personalities on four paws.
Because Dachshunds are not just dogs – they are brave, strong-willed, charming, and in their very own way simply special.

Our goal

“The world is not enough” – for us, this is not just a name, but a philosophy.

We breed with heart and mind:
healthy, anatomically correct, and well-balanced Dachshunds that impress with their character, charisma, and courage.

In short: small dogs with big personalities – confident, lovable, and always full of surprises.

Training & Show

Our dogs are trained and worked in hunting and are regularly presented at national and international shows.

Our breeding dogs Dexter and Miss Peaches take center stage here.
With charm, quality, and above all a genuine joy for the show world, they have earned numerous national and international titles.

Their son 007 is no exception:
he has already won his first titles and, at just 18 months old, was awarded “Bundessieger” (German Winner) in the adult class at the prestigious Bundessieger Exhibition in Dortmund.

But despite all the success, one thing remains clear to us:
A true Dachshund proves itself not only in the ring – but above all in everyday life.
And that’s exactly where they show, day after day, what defines them: courage, character – and a whole lot of heart.
